Where can I find my electricity price / rates?
To find out the price you will pay for your electricity click here and fill in your details and address.
When you join our Lifestyle Plan you will receive a low price upfront and the freedom to leave without penalty.
How much do I need to top up my account when I first join?
We recommend that you always keep your balance above $10.00 to avoid your electricity being turned off.
When topping up online through My Account a minimum of $5.00 is required with each online top up.
When topping up in store, a minimum of $10.00 is required and a $0.75 transaction fee will occur.
How can I top up?
Topping up is easy!

1. Log into your My Account
2. Select Top Up from the side menu
3. Choose your payment option
Simply take your top up card to your nearest epay convenience store or service station to top up. The amount will automatically be added to your Pulse Energy Lifestyle account. For a list of stores click here.
