1. Reset your password
You can reset your password by clicking the 'Forgot your password' link on the log in page of your My Account.
a. It may take up to 5mins for the reset password email to be delivered to your inbox. Please wait and make sure you check your junk inbox for the forgotten email password, which has a clickable link.
b. If you click the forgotten password link more than once, you will run the risk of clicking the link in the wrong email. Every time you request a new password, the link in the previous email will no longer work.
2. 'Email is not valid' message
If you are getting a message that says your email address is not valid, please retype your email address making sure there are no spaces before or after your email address.
