What are the main changes when switching to Pulse Energy’s pay monthly plan?
- Monthly billing - You will be billed once a month for your usage rather than daily.
- Late fees charged daily - If you are late to pay your bill, you will be charged Administration of Arreas which is $1 +GST per day for every day you are late.
- SmoothPay – You will have the option to do our SmoothPay payment option. SmoothPay lets you split your electricity payments evenly throughout the year, so you pay the same amount weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
- No long term contracts - There are no long-term contracts. If you need to leave, you will just give us 30 days’ notice, otherwise, an Early Termination Fee of $150+GST will apply.
