If you have a credit balance when your Pulse Lifestyle Account is finalised, you can either;
- Transfer any credit to your Pulse Energy pay monthly account.
- Request a refund.
If you are requesting a refund, please email us a copy of a recent bank statement that shows your name, address, and bank account number. We will organise a refund of your final balance within 7-10 working days.
*The $20 Refund Fee will not apply.
