If you are transferring to Pulse Energy's pay monthly plan, you will need to contact WINZ to organise payments to be directed to your new electricity account.
You can do this once you have received your welcome email from Pulse Energy, which includes your new Account Number.

You can do so by completing the online direct debit form. The link for this will be provided in your Welcome email once you switch to Pulse Energy’s pay monthly plan.
