How long after I top up will my power be turned back on?
If your power is turned off, to resume your energy supply you will need to:
1. Log into My Account
2. Top up your account above $10.00
3. Complete the Resume Supply form
Once you have filled in this form, you will need to wait 4-6 hours for your supply to be turned back on.
Can I get a payment extension?
No, because you pay as you go, your account will need to remain in credit for your electricity supply to continue.
What can I do to avoid my electricity being turned off?
Please ensure that your account credit stays above $10.00.
My power was turned off due to a low balance. How can I get it turned back on?
To get your electricity back up and running
1. Log in to My Account
2. Top up, so that you have at least $10.00 on your account
2. Click resume energy supply from the side menu.
